Refund Policy

The services written below are under refund guarantee for announced time period.

Hosting services: Linux, windows and video hosting services are under refund guarantee without a question for 7 days by starting date.

Renting of VPS / VDS servers: All of server rentals are under refund guarantee without a question for 1 days by registration date.

Voip Credits: There is no refund guarantee for voip / online voice services.

Design / Programming services: There is no refund guarantee for web design, programming and consultancy services.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
 

Dedicated Server, Domain and Licensing services is not guaranteed a refund.
